THE place for a bird’s eye view of Hua Hin.
A must see location at your stay in wonderful Hua Hin is high up at Hin Lek Fai Hill with some spectacular views of Hua Hin. This rocky hill is situated about three kilometers west of the town centre. Hin Lek Fai Hill is generally known as the great viewpoint where you can have a look of the whole town. This place will serve you the most delightful views of Hua Hin either during the day or night.
The most important thing you must not miss once you get there is, of course, the panoramic view of Hua Hin. There are a total of 6 viewpoints around this hill. However the 5th and 6th viewpoints are claimed to be the best spots. But, of course, you should try all the lookouts as they offer views of Hua Hin in different directions. From those viewpoints you can see and spot many places in Hua Hin.
One of the viewpoints offers you a splendid view of the Royal Hua Hin Golf Course. Please read more about the Royal Hua Hin Golf Course in our “Golfing” section.
Go have a look and pay respect to the statue of His Majesty King Prajadhipok (King Rama VII) and also study The Royal Biography. Walk around the hill and see the different kinds of rare trees, very unique to this part of the worl.
More interestingly, you have a good number of colorful peacocks and wild fowls roaming around the place that adds to the ambience of the location. And finally enjoy the beauty of the well laid out garden with many different species of shrubs, trees and bamboo.
Hin Lek Fai Hill is the place where you can spend your quiet and thoughtful time. The calmness of this place, the fresh air that continuously and softly blows against the natural plants and the scenery this scenic place provides make it all possible for you to spend time contemplating about things in your life or just to be fully relaxed both physically and mentally. Standing up there on the peak of this high hill watching the red, blue, green, and orange roofs of those tiny houses, shops, hotels and different other places give you a nice idea of how small this charming town really is.
It is said that you will get to see the most beautiful scene and the perfect atmosphere if you can afford to be there very early in the morning. Also at sundown is arguably the best time to come. A small suggestion for those who really want to relax in the quietness of this place you may avoid choosing Saturdays and Sundays to make a trip up here.

This is actually a very nice concept as exercising makes you happy relaxed and keeps you body healthy, also on holiday in Hua Hin. The locals’ welcomes you join them to do the same.
